David Warner, an Australian starting pitcher, is keen to compete in the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Warner responded to Rashid Khan’s Instagram post congratulating Lahore Qalandars on their victory against Quetta Gladiators by expressing his desire to play in the premier league.
“What a game last night, thanks to the crowd for the great support,” Rashid said in the description.
Warner said, “When can I play?” Warner then asked.
During Australia’s trip to Pakistan last year, Warner disclosed the reason for his absence from the major event during a virtual news conference.
“We frequently play international cricket within the PSL timeframe. That is why I was unable to compete in the event,” he explained.
Warner is nearing the end of his international career, and it may not be long until we see the Australian batsman open for a league side.
