New court documents reveal that Rachel Uchitel, a former lover of Tiger Woods, has settled her claim that the “sugar dating” website defrauded her of $60,000 in compensation.

In July 2021, Uchitel, who was at the centre of the 2009 adultery scandal that cost the golf star his marriage, filed a lawsuit against the Las Vegas-based website, alleging that it owed her money for early contract termination due to the Rep. Matt Gaetz sex scandal.

According to court documents submitted to Manhattan Supreme Court, the 47-year-old and the business reached a settlement on Wednesday for an undisclosed sum in the breach of contract lawsuit.

“I’m glad this is in the rear view mirror and I’m looking forward to more meaningful ways to give my attention and energy in the future,” Uchitel told The Post Thursday.

Uchitel stated that she “sadly” could not disclose the settlement’s terms.

In 2021, she signed a six-month contract with Seeking Arrangement under which she would get $120,000 to serve as the website’s spokesman in an effort to de-stigmatize sugar baby dating, according to her lawsuit.

But according to her lawsuit, Uchitel was fired two months after the business was implicated in a scandal in which Gaetz (R-Florida) was accused of utilising the platform to connect with women to have sex with in exchange for cash.

According to the agreement she signed with Seeking Arrangement, Uchitel said she was still owed $60,000.

The company allegedly turned around and said it would keep Uchitel on provided she signed a non-disclosure agreement and a more stringent contract, and that if she didn’t, she wouldn’t collect the money she claimed she was owed, according to the lawsuit.

She filed a lawsuit seeking $71,560, along with other unspecified damages, including $10,000 for an assistant and $1,560 for hair and makeup expenditures.

With millions of users, Seeking Arrangement is primarily used by younger women hoping to find older guys for friendship and sex in exchange for money and things. According to the business, consumers cannot pay for sex.
