Lace can be fun, fresh, and frothy, but can it also be flirty? It most certainly can. Dua Lipa is arguing for a more risque version of the Victorian-esque romantic fabric. Milan Fashion Week is currently underway, and it appears that it isn’t just the runway that is shining with dazzling style. Dua Lipa’s striking ensemble for the GCDS show, which was headlined by Guiliano Calza, may have diverted attention away from what was happening on the runway. The singer eschewed lace in its usual tame form in favour of something more daring. Dua was dressed in a black lace catsuit. It had a high neckline, long sleeves that covered her fingers, and flared pants with a back cutout. She only wore a strategically placed bralette and high waisted bottoms underneath. She carried a heart-shaped purse in her hand, with a dark lined eye and a brown lip, which was appropriate because we’re all hearts for this look of hers.

Dua also attended the Prada show during the Fall Winter 2023 edition of Milan Fashion Week. In a black blazer, she looked like she meant business this time. But that was the extent of it because there was no evidence of bottom wear. She was dressed down in a beige toned shirt with an oversized collar and a fuzzy pink trim. Ms. Lipa only needed loafers and a baguette bag in her hand.
