A “BDSM slave” killed his dominatrix’s partner with a knife and hammer, a court heard. Stuart Lindsay Heron, 50, murdered Nicholas Cameron, 39, while the latter was out for a dog walk in Melbourne, Australia, in July 2021.
Heron pled guilty in March and appeared in Victoria Supreme Court on Monday (August 21) for a pre-sentence hearing.
On July 9, he waited until after midnight after posting up at 8:05pm to carry out the attack in a “hair-brained” scheme. He had also waited for seven hours outside the victim’s house five days before.
Heron is said to have promised his dominatrix and co-offender Heidi Bos, 37, Cameron’s partner, that he would scare him out of town.
According to Metro, the couple was having problems.
“I’m 99% certain I can convince him to never contact you again, my lady,” Heron assured Bos.
Cameron was called a “ungrateful f***wit” by Heron in May 2021.
Following an argument on July 9, she is said to have granted him permission to face him.
Investigations on Heron’s phone would later find collective documents about Cameron’s life, from the code to his lockbox to pictures of his dog, inside a folder titled “target”.

Justice Michael Croucher said: “It’s strange and surprising, the whole thing. Heron seems to have been infatuated with Ms Bos, he’s lonely, his other relationship ended, he was hopeful of something more with her.
“He’s in this strange fantasy world of a subservient relationship and for whatever reason, he agrees to this hairbrained scheme.”
Bos was sentenced to six years and three months in prison in February after admitting to manslaughter.
On September 8, Heron will be sentenced.
