This week, a surprising discovery—a BODY—was made on the side of the road, wrapped in plastic.
The 27-year-bones old’s were discovered in a location where Maya Millete, a missing mother, had previously been looked for.
According to police, the body was discovered on Thursday in the Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve outside of San Diego.
On their route to a job site at around 7 a.m., construction workers made the terrifying discovery.
It was claimed that Martin Armenta’s bones were wrapped in some kind of material and had “clear symptoms of death” but no signs of violence.
As the inquiry into Armenta’s cause and manner of death is ongoing, his family has been informed.
The discovery of the body gave some people hope that Maya, 39, had finally been found.
“Maybe it’s that Maya girl from Chula Vista,” one person wrote on Twitter.
Maya, a missing mom-of-three, disappeared in the San Diego area in January of 2021.
Her husband Larry Millete is accused of her murder though her body has never been found.
