After fighting breast cancer for a year, Olivia Newton-John passed away quietly on August 8 at her home in Southern California. Despite receiving a breast cancer diagnosis in 2013, the legendary figure in entertainment choose to remain silent about it. She stated that her breast cancer had returned and spread to her sacrum in May 2017 and that she was presently treating the condition in 2018.
Olivia, the sole child she had with her ex-husband Matt Lattanzi, was Chloe’s only sibling. Chloe and her mother had a very close relationship. The mother-daughter team persevered through thick and thin, from Olivia’s struggle with breast cancer to Chloe’s battle with drug addiction.
