Emirati chef Faisal Naser is well renowned for serving up the tastiest smashed burgers and fried chicken, but he has just broadened his culinary horizons by opening a stand-alone restaurant in Dubai. Along with his hallmark dishes, you can anticipate a number of limited-edition specialities that draw inspiration from his extensive travels. He named his restaurant LENTO, which means “slow” in Spanish, as a labour of love for the restauranteur who adheres to the philosophy of meticulous, thoughtful cooking. His cosy industrial-chic café is located in Jumeirah on Al Wasl Road.
