With every automaker raising prices to account for the increased General Sales Tax (GST) from 18% to 25%, Changan Pakistan has raised car prices for the third time since February to account for the Federal Government’s additional 7% GST.
According to the company, the prices of the Changan Alsvin, Oshan X7, Changan Karvaan, and Changan M9 have been raised in Pakistan, and the new prices have already taken effect.

Changan M9 Price in Pakistan
The price of Changan Sherpa (M9) in Pakistan has been increased by Rs. 60,000 from the previous rate of Rs. 2,469,000.
Meanwhile, all other automotive companies in Pakistan have already raised their prices in response to the Federal Government’s imposition of a 25% General Sales Tax (GST), a 7% increase from the previous rate, in order to recover the budget deficit and meet demands from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to resume the loan programme.
