As part of a significant initiative to remember the September martyrs, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has revealed plans to create the Martyrs Garden in the city’s 750-acre F-9 Park.
The announcement was made on September 6, Defense Day, to honor the heroic efforts of Pakistani soldiers in defending the country’s borders.
The “Bagh Shuhada” project is slated to include a memorial museum and martyr statues. As part of the walk-through experience for visitors, a monument is also planned.
The Martyrs Garden and Monument can be located in F-9 Park with plenty of room, according to CDA representatives. The Bagh Shuhada project is anticipated to cost more than Rs. 9.6 million.
The CDA has already released a tender for the construction of this project, moving things along.
To ensure a high-quality and accurate representation, renowned sculptors and artists have been hired to build the museum and the garden, respectively.
