Two guys went on a stabbing rampage across Saskatchewan, Canada, on Sunday, leaving at least 10 people dead and 15 more in hospitals, according to police.
According to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, two suspects, Damien Sanderson and Myles Sanderson, are still at large and thought to be driving a black Nissan Rogue around Regina (RCMP).
The 10 deceased victims were discovered in 13 different places throughout the central province, including Weldon and James Smith Cree Nation, according to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Police said that the two men deliberately picked some of their victims while picking others at random.
An emergency alert states that police have urged neighbourhood residents to exercise caution and think about taking shelter in place. The men were viewed as menacing and armed.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called stabbings “horrific and heartbreaking.”
“I’m thinking of those who have lost a loved one and of those who were injured,” Trudeau said in a post on Twitter Sunday night.
