His charges were changed to murder early on Sunday morning, according to a press release from Bay St. Louis police.
His original bond was set at $3,000, but after the two teenagers died from their wounds, Judge Stephen Maggio ruled that he be kept without bond.
The victims’ names have not been made public.
The house party was held in a residence on Blue Meadow Road, not far from Highway 90 and Hollywood Casino.
