In Michigan, Anderson is charged with attacking an 18-year-old jogger who was out in the early morning hours of August 1.
Aurora Dahl claimed that as a mysterious man ran after her brandishing mace and duct tape while yelling that he was “doing a sociological experiment,”
Dahl alleged that the stranger tried to choke her during a gruesome 10-minute assault in which the attacker struck her.
Dahl claimed that despite her ability to roll the man into a ditch and escape, he persisted in trying to speak with her.
She told WLUC, “It was pretty bizarre. “He let me know that I was bleeding,” Clearly, you punched me, I retorted.
Dahl dialled 911 and later provided a forensic sketch artist with the attacker’s description to help identify the assailant, which resulted in Anderson’s capture.
In Alabama, where he was detained, Anderson is facing charges of both murder and arson.
Following his court appearances in Alabama and a Wisconsin murder charge.
According to police, Anderson is a suspect in the death of Patrick Ernst, 65, who was discovered dead in his Green Bay apartment on August 2.
In connection with the alleged assault on Dahl, he will be extradited to Michigan.
She claimed that she was the only one who had a fortunate contact with him. “I survived,”
Dahl claimed that after his imprisonment, she is still uneasy about the entire situation and becomes tense when she hears footsteps approaching from behind her.
She confessed, “I become really worried when I hear that sort of stuff. “I’m still in disbelief. I occasionally feel upset that that occurred to me. I’m relieved it was myself and not someone who was trapped.
Anderson has previously had multiple encounters with the law.
Due to a “serial butt-grabber” case, he was found guilty of fourth-degree criminal sexual behaviour in 2019 and given a 12-month sentence.
MLive claims that Anderson would approach women from behind and grope them before scurrying away.
