In an even more remarkable turn of events, she increased her repertoire by 17 more topics, bringing the total to an astounding 34. With the highest number of subjects ever taken by a student in the history of the UK and EU GCSEs, this accomplishment has now reached a new apex.
Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, English Literature, Latin, German, French, Classical Civilization, History, Film Studies, and Drama are a few of the 34 subjects Mahnoor excelled in.
A Pakistani student named Haroon Tariq set a record ten years ago when he earned a combined 47 As in his O Level and A Level exams for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE).
In a conversation with a national daily, Mahnoor Cheema described her motivational journey. Originally from Lahore, Pakistan, her parents, Barrister Usman Cheema and Mrs. Tayyaba Cheema, relocated to the UK in 2006 for their children’s respective further education at Lincoln’s Inn and SOAS.
After receiving her initial education in a private Lahore school, Mahnoor enrolled in Class 5 at Langley Grammar School in West London.
This exceptional young person, who is of Pakistani descent, also has a number of other accomplishments. Mahnoor has earned international recognition for her IQ, which is an impressive 161 on the Mensa IQ Test, in addition to her academic accomplishments.
