We recently saw the Noida Twin Towers of Supertech destroyed in a matter of seconds. Similar events occurred in China when incomplete structures that had been there for years were removed in 2021. Many high-rise buildings are demolished in the one-minute-long video posted on Twitter in a manner akin to a deck of cards. Buildings collapse in an instant as the video begins. It features footage of multiple incomplete structures collapsing simultaneously after a few frames.
Moreover, aerial footage of the building’s rapid collapse is shown in the film. According to Vice, the airborne film depicted the deliberate demolition of 14 buildings on August 27, 2021, in Kunming, a city in China’s southwest. The 15th high-rise was demolished three days after the explosion, but it was not completely destroyed.
The tweet’s video included the caption, “China destroying unfinished high-rises.”

China has adopted a "build, pause, demolish, repeat" policy as officials try to limit supply to prevent drop in property prices & increase economic activity through construction.

These controlled demolitions are poorly done. Should of asked George Bush for pointers.

the buildings are built as a scam (selling flats to people before construction finishes but never actually finish construction and running away with the money), locally called 爛尾樓

The Supertech twin buildings were destroyed earlier on August 28 of last year, ending a nine-year war for the people of Emerald Court in only nine seconds. A pile of rubble was left behind after the destruction, which engineering firm Edifice Engineering accomplished by implosion. There were no reports of neighboring property damage. According to a corporate source, Supertech suffered a loss of Rs 900 crore as a result of the destruction.
