After being detained for allegedly kicking his girlfriend during a domestic violence altercation, Bam Margera is once again in hot water.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were called to a home in Escondido, California, at around 5 a.m. on Thursday before authorities arrested Margera.
Although the unnamed alleged victim reported that her “husband” kicked her, sources told TMZ that Nicole Boyd, Margera’s estranged wife, was not responsible.
The “Jackass” alum was taken into custody the previous day and released after posting a $50,000 bail.
After continuing health concerns, Boyd separated legally from Margera, 43, one month prior to the incident.
David Glass, the model’s attorney, told TMZ that Boyd’s final breaking point was when she saw the reality star acting “inappropriately” and appearing intoxicated around their 5-year-old son, Phoenix.
Margera, 39, had to “make the hard choice” in order “to protect herself and their son,” despite her claims to be sober. In the end, she requested spousal support, legal and physical custody of Phoenix.
Boyd will consent to Margera’s 2013 husband having supervised visits with their son.

Not everyone is concerned about the former professional skateboarder, though, including Boyd.
In a heartfelt plea earlier this year, Steve-O pleaded with Margera to quit drinking, expressing concern that the reality TV star was on the verge of passing away.
“Bam, last night you had your five year old son with you on stage at my show, and you were blessed with the chance to spend another day or two with him — then as soon as you left my show, you stayed up all night getting loaded enough to think it was a good idea to post more vile nonsense like this,” the 48-year-old, wrote under one of Margera’s strange social media posts.
