People frequently act out of false pride without recognizing how damaging their actions may be to others. The internet was outraged recently about a car owner’s rude behavior toward a petrol station clerk in China. A luxury automobile owner is shown in a Reddit video flinging cash out the window after filling at a gas station, leaving the attendants inconsolable.
The caption on the video was “Throwing money on the ground for gas station worker.”

A black Mercedes automobile is seen pulling up to a petrol station in the 50-second undated video. The female employee can be seen quickly filling the car with gas before moving on to request payment from the owner. The owner continues by throwing a few notes on the ground rather than presenting her with the cash with respect. She picks up the notes as the car leaves the station, but as soon as she feels embarrassed, she starts crying. She may be seen wiping her eyes at the conclusion of the video.
The film infuriated viewers on the internet, who blasted the automobile owner for his impolite behavior. Some people also demanded that all gas stations outlaw automobile access.

In response to the occurrence, one user said, “This is so disheartening. Seeing her wipe away her tears….how do people live with themselves treating someone this way?”
Another person said, “It shows people’s real character when you see how they treat those less fortunate than themselves.”

The driver reportedly claimed that he was in a rush at the time of the occurrence and did not intend to toss the money on the ground. People, however, did not believe the justification.
