The new prices on the App Store will come into effect from 5 October 2022 and the pricing and availability section of My Apps will be updated for all users in Pakistan.
It is important to note that when creating subscription services, developers have the option to either maintain current subscriber prices or update and adjust prices for apps in the Apple Store Connect.

It is important to note that developers charge for their apps in accordance with Apple’s pricing tiers rather than the standard USD conversions. Additionally, the actual exchange rate between the two currencies at the time of a purchase is already decided and is not taken into account.
Pricing Apple uses tiers for all mobile ecosystem transactions, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and direct app purchases. These tiers automatically apply to all nations where an app is made available. According to the pricing chart Apple released for that region, a Tier 1 purchase that costs $1 in the United States will cost Rs. 230 in Pakistan and their comparable values in other countries.
