After an overnight drug-fueled threesome, a mother was accused of leaving her 11-year-old kid in a hotel room with a deceased man, leading to her arrest for child negligence.
According to authorities, Amy Kemper, 32, of Florida, US, booked into the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa with her son on Saturday night (September 9) in order to “engage in narcotic use and sexual activities.”
The following morning, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO), deputies arrived to the Palm Beach resort following a 911 call from Kemper reporting that one of the males was not breathing.
Medical personnel pronounced a 60-year-old man dead, and the sheriff’s office confirmed that Kemper’s son was present the entire time.
Deputies conducting the investigation also discovered that Kemper had engaged in sexual activity with two men and used drugs with a 60-year-old male.
The 60-year-old’s snoring, Kemper told authorities, was unusual, but she chose to leave her child in the same room while she went with the other man, according to FCSO.
When they came back a few hours later, the 60-year-old man was already dead, and the 11-year-old boy was still in the room where she had left him.
While she was hauled away by police, the youngster was placed in the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families.
After being detained, Kemper is accused of child neglect without great physical injury. She is being held on a $15,000 bond after being taken to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility for booking.
Summarising the incident in his ‘Weekend Roundup’ on the FCSO’s Facebook page, Sheriff Staly said: “Deputies were busy this past weekend.
“A woman thought it was okay to bring her child to a resort in the middle of the night so she could engage in narcotic use and sexual activities.”
