According to deputies in Florida, a lady allegedly attacked two persons at a pool for performing stretches she deemed indecent.
Amanda Ferragamo, 41, was arrested early Sunday morning in Sumter County, Florida, following the incident.
Deputies were told by a female victim that she and the male victim were stretching when Ferragamo smacked and shoved them both.
“The female victim then stated that the defendant accused them both of doing inappropriate activities and began to shove her and smacked her across her face. The female victim has a red mark on her face indicating she was hit as well,” the arrest affidavit states.”
Deputies responded to the incident at 2:32 a.m.
The male victim informed the deputy, “She f—ing attacked us, she’s pissed.”
According to the affidavit, the female victim had a red mark on her face from being hit.
According to FOX 35, the man and Ferragamo are related in some way, making the incident a domestic one.
The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office declined to further on their relationship.
Ferragamo was arrested and charged with two counts of violence in the Sumter County Detention Center.
She was let go on Monday afternoon.
