Alica Schmidt is currently in South Africa, but the German is far from taking a vacation since her outdoor season just started.
Schmidt has been training diligently on the track to better her sprints rather than relaxing by the water.
The athlete has been engaging in a variety of challenging weight training routines while working out in the gym.
As she focused on her lower body, she flaunted her amazing figure while working out in Hugo Boss gear.
Schmidt performed lunges before switching to resistance bands, which enabled her to work out more intensely.
She worked up a sweat while moving in the running action while wearing the bands, so it seems like her training programme is going well.
Later, the 24-year-old dressed in something a little more casual and posed for the camera while flashing her brilliant grin.
