The eagerly awaited AFC U-23 Asian Cup 2024 qualification schedule has been released by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
Pakistan will compete in three games in Bahrain, per the schedule, after being assigned to Group D during the draw earlier this year in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
On September 6, the Men in Green will face Japan to begin their campaign. On September 9 and September 12, they will face Bahrain and Palestine, respectively.

The qualifying round, which will be held from September 4 to September 12 this year at 11 centralized venues, will feature 43 different Asian countries competing.
According to the rules, the AFC divided all of the participating teams into 11 groups, 10 of which contained four teams, and the eleventh group, which contained three teams.
The eleven teams that won their groups after round-robin matches and the four top teams who placed second will advance to the championship round.
It is important to note that Men in Green will play in the AFC U23 Asian Cup qualifiers for the first time since 2015.
From April 15 to May 3, 2024, matches will be held during the AFC U23 Asian Cup Qatar Finals. Due to Qatar’s qualification as the event’s hosts, all of its matches will be regarded as friendly contests.
