Netflix hasn’t officially announced 365 Days 4, but given The Next 365 Days’ enigmatic finale, it’s impossible to rule out Laura and Massimo making another appearance.
The trilogy was based on the books written by Blanka Lipiska, and while the first film was an accurate adaptation, the second movie departed from the book’s plot to portray its own interpretation of the series’ fundamental love story.
The third film, which was partially based on the third book, carried on this theme and essentially told its own story. All of it built to a conclusion that was more of an ellipsis than a full stop and completely different from what happened in the trilogy of books.
Therefore, it’s impossible to rule out the possibility of a fourth 365 Days film appearing on Netflix, especially if The Next 365 Days proves to be as popular with audiences as the first two films for the streaming site were.

365 Days 4 release date
There is no set release date for 365 Days 4 as of August 2022 because Netflix has not yet confirmed the series.
The second and third films were shot concurrently, which is why they were released quite soon together (April 2022 and August 2022). We wouldn’t have to wait more than a few months if a fourth movie had been secretly filmed, as there are no indications of that.
Two years passed between 365 Days and its follow-up, 365 Days: This Day, so if a fourth film is in the works, that timetable seems more feasible. It implies that, if it happens at all, we may have to wait until 2024 to see Laura and Massimo again.
